Floriane Moreau and Anthony Guégan open a store Médical'Isle this Friday, November 29, in the Talvern area in Bignan (in the Quality furniture extension).

After two years of preparation, they are happy to open a new chapter in their professional life “since it is a reconversion for both of us, explains the couple from Bignannais, parents of a five-year-old boy. Previously we were caregivers at the Kervénoël nursing home (Pontivy). »

It is the desire to undertake and work together that drives them. “At the same time, it’s in the family’s DNA,” recalls Anthony, whose mother is known in the region because she was an ambulance driver in Naizin.

Health and comfort for the whole family

With this store sale and rental of medical equipmentthey stay in a field related to their profession “since we know the brands and the equipment; we have been using it for 15 years! »

The main axis of their new activity is the home carebut the proposal is broader: “it encompasses health and comfort for the whole family, from early childhood to seniors. We chose to join the Médical'Isle network because it is a modern brand and we liked the philosophy, the fact that we share the same objective of individualized care,” they continue.

“Here people can see, touch…”

At the store, Floriane wants to “take the time to take care of people, to guide them in their choices. »

Over the 200 m2 sales area, different areas highlight the products offered: shoes (treatment and comfort), beds, armchairs, walkers, canes, child care products (diapers, scarves, etc.), clothing (Damart, Percko)… Essentially French brands, “with different ranges. Here people can see, touch, test. The goal is really that the choice is adapted to the person. »

An additional service will be added from the start of the year, with an orthopedist on call once a week.

“We are aimed at both individuals and professionals,” adds Anthony, who will be responsible for home deliveries of medical equipment.
