That said, the newspaper, through Marion Mourgue, editor-in-chief of the political service, indicated that it would not change a single comma in the published article. “'Le Parisien – Today in France' maintains its information. They have been cross-checked and confirmed by several sources“, she replied on X at the Élysée.
On BFMTV a few moments later, Marion Mourgue reiterated: “Yesterday Emmanuel Macron decorated Élisabeth Borne, his former Prime Minister. There were several guests including former ministers and relatives. He came to speak with them (and engaged in) a sort of prognosis, an analysis of the situation. And of course, that we confirm even if the Élysée is not delighted that we are releasing this information.
