To put an end to these gatherings and wild runs, the prefect of Seine-et-Marne, Pierre Ory, took the decision, on November 22, to sign a prefectural decree prohibiting gatherings of people and vehicles “including objective is to carry out tuning and running demonstrations.
This decree targets particular sectors, well known to be preferred gathering places. This decree is in force every weekend, from Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 6 a.m., from November 15, 2024 to January 2, 2025.

- Carrefour les Sentiers in Claye-Souilly,
- ZAC of the Ambresis in Villeparisis,
- avenue Joseph-Paxton in Ferrières-en-Brie,
- Total Ferrière service station on the A4,
- Total Bussy-Saint-Georges service station on the A4,
- Total Réau service station, Gallande area, on the A5b
- Super U car park, Couilly-Pont-Aux-Dames commercial area
- Intermarché car park in Fontenay-Trésigny, exit RN4,
- Intermarché parking lot in Sept-Sorts.
Violators of this ban risk confiscation of their vehicle and heavy fines.
