For this special evening, the Châteauneuf History and Heritage association invites a local music group to Châteauneuf-sur-Isère.
Like every year, the season Summer in Châto will open with a concert offered by the Châteauneuf Histoire et Patrimoine association, CHP, on the privileged site of the Troglodytes and its atypical houses.
Big Montplaisir music in concert
The evening will take place on Saturday, July 6, starting at 7:30 p.m. For this new edition, President Florence Martel Koemmerer and her volunteers will welcome the musical group Big Montplaisir Music for a rhythmic concert combining jazz, soul and funk.
Organizational side
The public is expected from 7:30 p.m. for a moment of friendly sharing around the Troglodytes site and its history. From 7 p.m., a shuttle will be set up from the church square to allow as many people as possible to applaud this Valence group of 25 musicians gathered around a punchy repertoire mixing jazz, soul and funk. In case of bad weather, the concert will be maintained. It will take place in the village hall. The president and the entire team of Châteauneuf Histoire et Patrimoine will consider this fallback solution only if the weather conditions require it.
