FC Nantes – Transfer window: Negotiations are progressing for this giant and he will bring his 1.96m!

The excitement of the transfer window is being felt within FC Nantes. The club, after acquiring Matthis Abline for a substantial sum, is now interested in Ludovic Ajorque. The former Strasbourg striker, valued at 3 million euros, has been in the Canaries’ sights for some time.

According to information relayed by FootMercato and confirmed by Ouest France, negotiations are underway to attract the thirty-year-old center forward. After his time in the Bundesliga with Mainz, Ajorque wants to return to French pitches.

FC Nantes aims to consolidate its offensive line. The possible transfer of Mostafa Mohamed is pushing the club to actively seek a new centre-forward. Alongside Moses Simon and the young Abline, Ajorque could bring all his experience and power.

With an impressive record of 51 goals and 19 assists in Strasbourg colours and nine goals with Mainz 05, he represents an attractive option for the team managed by Kombouaré.

At 196 centimetres tall, Ludovic Ajorque is considered the ideal replacement to replace Mostafa Mohamed if he were to leave the Nantes ship. However, the exact amount of the transaction remains unknown and the agreement must still receive approval from the DNCG.

If all goes well, Ajorque could pull on the yellow-and-green jersey at the start of the new Ligue 1 season.
