The Youth on the Move Forum celebrates its 10th anniversary! Organized by Europe Direct Drôme Ardèche and Romans Agglohe addresses for young people aged 11 to 30 to discover the numerous local and international mobility opportunities: Erasmus +, internships, volunteering, language stays, solidarity projects, etc.

On the program: information, games, workshops and testimonials around mobility, commitment and citizenship. This event will take place at the Convention and Exhibition Center Jacques-Chirac in Valence (Drome), Wednesday 27 et Thursday, November 28. This meeting is free and open to all. Registration is required for groups/classes.

Discover mobility around the world

The “Youth on the Move: build your project here or elsewhere” Forum is an event which allows young people aged 11 to 30, whether they are in school or not, job seekers, or even aspiring travelers, to discover all the opportunities existing assets to commit to a project and to leave for mobility in Europe or around the world.

On the forum, professionals and young people, who have already taken the plunge, will present the
Erasmus + schemes and many others, for go abroad as part of training, an internship, employment, volunteering, a solidarity project, a language stay or au pair, in one of the countries of the European Union or elsewhere in the world.

The forum will also make it possible to discover opportunities for young people who wish to get involved in a solidarity project, individual or collective, in particular in the context of of civic service.

Several exchange spaces

On the program:

  • Wednesday November 27 (12 p.m.-6 p.m.): practical workshops, interactive testimonies, escape game, and open stage with young people;
  • Thursday, November 28 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.): discovery of the stands, testimonials broadcast live on Radio BLV and reception of the classes.

The forum will have multiple spaces conviviality and dedicated exchanges:

  • Info center: studies, jobs, scholarships and international mobility schemes;
  • Professional space: information for teachers and professionals;
  • Meeting area: discussions with committed young people and artisans from around the world;
  • Games area: activities on mobility and sustainable development.

Youth on the Move Forum: Wednesday, November 27, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Thursday, November 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
