Lifetime Member

The Quebec Branch 265 of the Royal Canadian Legion recently took advantage of its general meeting to present a Legion life membership certificate to André Lavallee. This honour is intended to highlight his dedication in all the positions he has held within Branch 265 for more than 10 years, particularly during the lockdown, in the middle of the pandemic, when he provided a take-out meal service. An experienced soldier, André Lavallée ensured all the logistics of this operation, including the transportation and supply of the “troops”. The members of the branch also learned during this same meeting that Tony Gagnon, responsible for supplies at the local, had been named “Legionnaires of the Year” for the quality of his commitment.
