On June 29 and 30, the city of St-Sever hosted the Regional Beach Soccer Final, an event that brought together six teams for two days of intense competition and conviviality.

In a festive atmosphere, the teams competed with enthusiasm and determination, offering spectators a quality sporting spectacle. This final was an opportunity to highlight Beach Soccer, a discipline in full reconstruction and constant evolution.
After some hard-fought matches and emotional moments, it was finally the team of St Medard en Jalles Beach Soccer who won and won the title of regional champion. Their performance opens the doors to the National Final which will take place in Châteauroux from July 18 to 21.
We warmly congratulate all the participants for their commitment and sportsmanship, and we wish St Médard en Jalles Beach Soccer good luck for the rest of the adventure!

“The two days of competition were consecutive to the organization, in two Districts, of a departmental phase. We qualified 3 teams from each District to make a final of 6. It is possible that next year there will be an evolution if a new District enters the dance and eventually the arrival of many more Districts because we must not forget that Beach Soccer is a sand sport and not a beach sport.
I would like to thank the two co-presidents of the St-Sever club, Jean-Luc Cazenave and Erick Petriacq and their team of volunteers who worked during these 3 days as well as the St-Sever town hall which set up the Arena Beach to the standards of a regional tournament.
We are currently planning the 2024-2025 Beach Soccer season, trying to impact both women’s football and the U20 regional teams, who will participate in the U20 Inter Leagues next year, as well as setting up several DBS (District Beach Soccer) teams to move towards the RBS (Regional Beach Soccer).
On the national level, the finals which will be played in Châteauroux from July 18 to 21 will bring together 12 teams, the draw will take place tomorrow morning at 11:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the Federation.
