The Udaf of Deux-Sèvres has chosen La Forêt-sur-Sèvre for its general assembly. The departmental association is recognized by the State services to intervene with families.
Among its future objectives, it wants to improve its reputation among the population. If the social services of the Department, justice, the prefecture, the Caf or even the regional health agency do not hesitate to solicit the Udaf, individuals on the other hand are unaware of the services offered. To be more accessible, counters have been set up.
“This is a resource and support desk for families that is there to receive requests by appointment or by telephone.explains Fabienne Sabourin, departmental president of the Udaf of Deux-Sèvres. I am thinking, for example, of the information and support service for family guardians. These are people who are looking for a support measure, guardianship or curatorship, for their relatives.
The Udaf des Deux-Sèvres offers support such as legal protection for adults, child protection, family mediation, integration for people with disabilities and assistance for single-parent families.
Help with budget management
It also offers support in managing your budget so that you can better manage your resources when you are struggling to make ends meet, rather than receiving financial assistance.

Udaf has many partners: member associations (69 in number) such as APF France Handicap, Atout Age, ADMR, France Alzheimer, and Familles rurales.
