Between the artists and the city of Colmar, beautiful stories, anecdotes, and a constantly renewed pleasure of meeting a fantastic audience. It’s not me who says it: listen to Patrick Bruel, Matmatah, Eddy Mitchell and Stephan Eicher.
Colmar and its Wine Fair have seen many stars pass through. Young people who were starting out like Claude François, Johnny and Sylvie Vartan. The latter really likes the area. Others have known Colmar for a very long time, like Stéphane Eicher. For Matmatah, the Wine Fair is a bit like a close encounter of the third kind, oh yes, a reference to the technician who abseiled down onto the stage during their concert in 2008.
And in Colmar, it’s always more joy. For others, Colmar and its crowd can be scary, especially before the concert. Others are less nervous because of the 10,000 people in the shell, like Eddy Mitchell. So that the party remains the party. Always in moderation, eh.
