Open-air cinema in Rennes: here is the program for the month of July

Several cinema screenings outdoor activities are scheduled throughout the summer season by “This Summer in Rennes”, a system set up since 2020 by the City for people who have not gone on vacation.

The program for the month of July 2024 has just been revealed. We share it with you again. All sessions will start at 22 h 30.

• Friday July 5: The Big Bath by Gilles Lellouche

To prairies Saint-Martin (bus line C3 – Les Prairies stop), before the film, from 4:30 p.m., open house at the Gaec du canal Saint-Martin (garden and apiary), blind test entertainment and DJ set by the Capitainerie des P’tits Bateaux, giant games, pétanque and Breton palet tournament by the Roazhon Fusion and concert at the Péniche Spectacle.

• Saturday July 6, 2024: Looking For Eric the Ken Loach

To the Gallets Farm (bus Line C1 – Gallet stop), from 5 p.m., skateboard initiation by Ride Like Share, closing concert of the Fête des squares festival of the Vivre Aux Longs-Champs association.

• Wednesday July 17: The Acrobat by Jean-Daniel Pollet

HAS The barnyard (Apibus – Prévalaye stop), from 3 p.m., opening of the guinguette.

• Thursday July 18: Let’s go children by Thierry Demaizière and Alban Teurlai

To the Gros Chêne slab (bus line C3 – Gros-Chêne stop), from 6 p.m., graffiti initiation with Asarue, popular banquet by the Mirlaridaine company.

• Friday July 26: Billy Eliott de Stephen Daldry

Au Bréquigny park (bus line C5 – Lycée Bréquigny stop), from 6 p.m., Sports caravan by UFOLEP, ludomobile, “Hand Pop” show (breakdance) by the Scopitone company, DJ set.
