The Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre municipal council meeting on Monday June 23 voted in particular on the amount of subsidies granted to associations for a total of €97,048.
Anne Dalla-Barba, deputy mayor of Saint-Jouin-de-Milly, gave an update on cultural subsidies (€53,896), school subsidies (€4,992) and sports subsidies (€5 per adult and €25 per child) which take into account the level of the teams and the costs of travel, refereeing and supervision. The total subsidies for sports are €35,000.
School supplies. Sandrine Bodet detailed the cost of purchasing meals at the GCSMS (€3.40 per child and €6.26 per adult). At the start of the school year in September, the rates adopted are €3.40 per child and €6.50 per adult. The municipality’s contribution to school transport costs for nursery schools, elementary schools and the RPI Moutiers-Chapelle is €25 per student.
Musical awakening at school. Elected officials validated the cost of musical awareness in the town’s public and private nursery schools (€2,750 for 8 days of creation) and of musical education in schools at the Sèvre school (9 hours for €540).
Local housing program. At the start of the session, Gilles Pétraud commented on the new local housing program for Bocage Bressuirais. Among the orientations, we note that which aims to better respond to the specific needs of populations, the development of the housing supply, particularly for young people looking to settle down.
Motion of support. The municipality of Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre supports the motion of support for the municipalities of Chiché and Amailloux, victims of olfactory nuisances emanating from the household waste landfill site.
