Oaï Of Life completes the range of aniseed from the distillery on Boulevard Jeanne-d’Arc, alongside Marseillais, Cristal Anis, Phocéa and Massilia.
It also reinforces the movement of local collaborations launched by Maristella Vasserot who has already, over recent years, worked with the Aubagnais Guillaume Ferroni for his rums or even on a range of pastis-smoked fish created with the Marseille artisanal smokehouse. Matthew House.
