Mary, welcome to Paris! How do you feel about becoming a PSG player?

“It’s an incredible feeling, I’m very proud to join Paris Saint-Germain and to be able to wear this jersey. »

It’s a new challenge for you, a new city, a new country. Why did you choose to join Paris Saint-Germain?

“I like the vision of the club. When I see the ambitions, the goals that the team sets for itself… The club wants to become the best team in Europe, if not the world. I have the same aspirations, and I want to play for the best teams in the world. I want to win a lot of trophies, it’s a real goal of the club, and I can’t wait to be part of this project.”

You have a lot of experience, voted best goalkeeper at the last World Cup. You are very respected, very talented, what do you think you can bring to the team, on and off the field?

“I can bring experience, leadership. I communicate a lot and I encourage my teammates a lot. I hope to bring these qualities, to help the team win as many matches and trophies as possible, I’m here to win!”

What type of babysitter are you?

“I have a lot of energy, I’m very passionate. I work hard to be the best I can be, always with the aim of helping the team. I want to be that kind of goalkeeper, always ready to pull the team up and achieve the best results. »

So you will discover a new championship. Do you know the French championship?

“I’ve watched a lot of French league matches in recent months. It’s interesting to see how much it’s changed, with the new format and the play-offs in particular. It’s a very competitive league with some very good teams. And I can’t wait to discover it.”

You already know many of your future teammates, you met them in the national team. What is your opinion of this team?

“It’s a very strong team, there’s a lot of quality, with a future that looks bright! I hope I can bring even more! »

What are your goals for the upcoming season?

“Play beautiful football, work hard for the team and hopefully win as many trophies as possible! That’s the plan!”

There’s the Australia tour looming, how important are tours to teams in pre-season?

“There are a lot of tours going on in Australia at the moment. I was lucky enough to go there for the World Cup, and they have incredible coffee there! But most of all it’s a good opportunity to bond the team, work hard to prepare for the season as best we can and play some good matches!”

Do you have a message for the fans?

“Hello to all PSG supporters, I am very happy to be here, I promise to work hard and give my all on and off the pitch. This is Paris!”
