In Brest center, 2e Finistère constituency, the Republicans did not shine, since their candidate, Françoise Houard, finished in 5th place with 2.70% of the votes, or 1,444 ballots in her name.
The day after the election, the one who says “opposed to the Ciotti line” , clearly calls for a vote for Jean-Charles Larsonneur, outgoing MP for various centres – and former member of Macron’s party -, narrowly qualified for a three-way race.
“I consciously consider that the choice of extremes and populism would not only be an additional dead end, but profoundly dangerous for Brest and more broadly for France. This is why I am calling on the voters of Brest, Bohars, Gouesnou and Guilers to vote for MP Jean-Charles Larsonneur. » A positioning that she describes “choice of responsibility and reason”.
