The Rooftop trend is growing in Casablanca with the opening, last June 20, of the Bliss rooftop, located on the 11th floor of the brand new Radisson Hotel Casablanca Gauthier La Citadelle. A new experience at height, combining trendy and chic atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the city.
Bliss Rooftop is characterized by its atmosphere that is both festive and sophisticated, chic-casual evenings and spontaneous meetings. Featuring a design imbued with tropical inspiration and surrounded by lush vegetation, the place offers quite a pleasant urban escape. The outdoor swimming pool and 360-degree panoramic view of Casablanca set the bar high, providing serenity far from the urban hustle and bustle.
Bliss offers a complete sensory experience with Signature Cocktails created by renowned mixologists Hamza Hadni and Soufiane Hadni, known for their work at Baromètre in Marrakech. Each cocktail is a true ode to Casablanca, served in unique glassware inspired by the city’s emblematic monuments. The culinary menu, for its part, is proposed by chef Nicolás Somoza, a subtle fusion of local and international flavors through creative tapas and excellent dishes.
From 4pm, the rooftop is transformed into a lively place with the mixes of the resident DJ, contemporary music and world beats on the menu. This atmosphere, enriched by the spectacular view of the Parc de la Ligue Arabe and the Sacré Cœur Cathedral, enhances the evening.
