Drawing competition: Penn ar BD rewards six young people in Quimper

Head of BDit is not just a trade fair that takes place in the spring in Quimper (Finistère). It is also a drawing competition open to young people aged 6 to 17.

The difficulty is to succeed in building a comic book scenario in a single page.

100 participants

This year, around a hundred children and adolescents took up the challenge. Easily. The theme of the competition was: The sea is beautiful.

The 2024 list

At the end of June, Penn ar BD published the 2024 list of winners.

Category 6-10 years:

• 1^is price: Mila Le Discot
• 2^e price: Maï-Jan Le Coz

Category 10-13 years old:

• 1^is prix : Axel Quilliou
• 2^e prix: Kora Soviller-Cremades

Category 14-17 years old:

• 1^is prize: Inès Sánchez-Royant
• 2^e prize: Noémie Schaffer-Pabœuf

The award ceremony took place at Grand atelierrue du Frout, where Penn ar BD organized an exhibition throughout the month of June 2024.
