Former international scrum half Sébastien Tillous-Borde, at the helm of Rouen (relegated to the National) last season, was named head coach of Montauban, who saved his place in Pro D2 at the last minute at the beginning of June, the club announced on Monday. Tarn-et-Garonnais club.
