Regular robberies

Phone stores are regularly targeted by criminals who then aim to resell their loot on the black market. At the start of the year in the Paris region, two Bouygues stores were robbed. In Pontault-Combault (Seine-et-) in February, where the police quickly arrested the two alleged perpetrators, and in January in Vigneux-sur-Seine (Essonne).

More recently, in September, an SFR store was the target of an armed robbery in Alès (). The police managed to quickly locate the three robbers, who were arrested while fleeing in a car, near Saint-Étienne ().
