In Metz, the three outgoing deputies (Belkhir Belhaddad and Ludovic Mendes for Renaissance and Charlotte Leduc for LFI) are being outpaced by the far-right candidates in the first round of the legislative elections, this Sunday, June 30, 2024. In the three constituencies of Metz, the RN candidates come out on top. The left-wing candidates occupy 3rd place. Charlotte Leduc will not be re-elected. The two candidates of the presidential majority, for their part, qualify for the second round and hope to keep their place, thanks to the votes of the Union of the Left.

In the 1st constituency of Moselle, in Metz I, it is the candidate of the National Rally, Grégoire Laloux who comes out on top with 39.81% of the votes.
