The National Rally comes out on top in many constituencies in Seine-Maritime, after the votes in the first round of the 2024 legislative elections.

In total, across the whole of France, there are 577 seats to be filled, for a period of five years. Deputies are elected by direct universal suffrage by French voters registered on the electoral lists, by majority vote in two rounds and by constituencies. Discover all the results in your department and in your municipality.

The results in Seine-Maritime

The constituencies are displayed as the results are validated by the Ministry of the Interior.

Second constituency:

On the basis of 99% of the votes cast, the RN candidate Vanessa Lancelot comes first with 33.93% of the votes. Annie Vidal (ENS) came in second place (27.63%) of the votes. The candidate of the New Popular Front Vincent Decorde is qualified with 24.48% of the votes but announcement to withdraw and asks to block the National Rally.

Fourth constituency:

Guillaume Pennelle (RN) comes first with 39.08% of the votes. He in front Alma Dufour (NFP) which obtained 32.65% of the votes cast. Laurent Bonnaterre (24.71%) finished in third position. Next come Frédéric Podguszer (EXG) (2.17%) and Ingrid Losfeld (Reconquête) with 1.39%

Fifth constituency:

Jean-Cyril Montier (RN) comes first with 41.39%, followed by Gérard Leseul (NFP) with 33.36% of the votes. Jean Delalandre (Horizons) is qualified for the second round with 22.35% of the votes (15% of registered voters)

Sixth district:

Patrice Martin (RN) is in the lead with 44.90% of the vote. He is ahead of the outgoing MP Sébastien Jumel (NFP) with 34.5% of the votes. Stéphane Accard (LR) finished third with 17.99% of the votes and was not qualified for the second round.

Olivier Cléland of Reconquête obtains 1.41% and Eric Moison (EXG) 1.20%.

Seventh constituency:

Agnès Firmin Le Bodo (Horizons) came in first with 34.83% of the vote, and will face in the second round Anaïs Thomas (RN) which collected 28.63% of the votes, which finished with only 10 votes ahead of Florence Martin-Péréon (28.62%), qualified for the second round.

Florence Martin-Péréon announces that she will withdraw from the second round and calls for voting for Agnès Firmin Le Bodo to block the RN.

Jacques Forestier (LR) obtained 2.63% of the votes. Catherine Omont (DVG) 2.28%.

Eighth district:

Jean-Paul Lecoq (NFP) comes first with 37.82% of the votes. Isabelle Le Coz (RN) comes second with 27.36% of the votes. Régis Debons (Horizons) is third with 21.24% of the votes.

Benoit Naous (LR) obtained 8.29% and Magali Cauchois (EXG) 5.30%.

Ninth constituency:

Douglas Potter (RN) comes first in the first round in the ninth constituency with 44.60% of the votes. He will face in the second round Marie-Agnes Poussier-Winsback (Horizons) which collected 32.08% of the votes. Christiane Rouxel finished with 18.49% of the votes but did not qualify for the third round.

Tenth constituency:

Robert Le Bourgeois (RN) comes out on top with 45.29% of the vote. Xavier Batut (Horizons) comes in second position with 25.55%. Handy Barré (NFP) came in third position (17.44%) but did not qualify for the second round.
