Due to the detours caused by the drinking water network improvement work carried out by the City of Montreal, on Chemin du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore between Lakeside and Lakeview avenues, a temporary modification of the route of the line bus number 202 is required. This new circuit will be in place from the week of July 15 or 22 and until the end of October.
STM buses will use Lakeside Avenue, the temporary route on the bike path, Hillcrest Avenue, Lakeview Avenue and Bayview Avenue. Note that this detour route is reserved for STM buses; motorists will have to take an alternate route. Consult thenews on the works for all the details.
To promote your safety, buses will alternate on the temporary road located on the cycle path.

Access to Ovide Park facilities during City of Montreal work

The City of Montreal will continue, until the end of 2024, work to improve the drinking water network near Ovide Park and the Lakeside Pool. This project, carried out in several phases, will cause various traffic disruptions. However, the outdoor facilities will remain accessible to the public.
In order to plan your trips and take full advantage of the facilities located at Ovide Park, here are the various obstacles planned in the area:
To get to the park, you will need to take the following routes:
June to mid-July: via Chemin du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore.
Mid-July to October: via Chemin du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore from the east to take Avenue Ovide.
October to December 2024 and May to June 2025: via Chemin du Bord-du-Lac – Lakeshore from the west to take Ovide Avenue.
Pedestrians will be able to move around in complete peace of mind thanks to the safety corridors that will be set up. Public transport service will be maintained, however stops, schedules and routes may be modified.
