After the reservation issued by Crépy-en-Vallois after its elimination by Combani, the FFF has just made public the minutes of the meeting of the federal commission for regulations and disputes. When reading the document, we realize that there were indeed irregularities but which did not result in the elimination of the Combani club on the green carpet.
The suspicions of the team defeated by the Black Devils of Combani in the 7th round of the Coupe de France are therefore proven, says, in essence, the commission.
In the long report, signed by the Deputy Director General of the commission Jean Lapeyre, we learn that if the FFF canceled the licenses of two players from the Mahoraise team out of three suspects, this ultimately had no impact on the qualification of the Combani club.
On the medical certificates in question, the “handwritten information relating to the date and identity of the doctor, as well as the location of his stamp and signature are strictly identical” says the federation report.
However, both players have a medical certificate.falsified” claims the 3F, not only did they not play the French Cup match against Crépy but they were not even on the match sheet.
As a result, it is impossible for the FFF to take into account Crépy's complaint, which has become null and void.
Regarding the third medical certificate, suspicious for Crépy, the Federation commission finally judged that it was valid.
Contacted by the FFF, the doctor named on the certificates initially mentioned not having seen any of the three footballers in his office. He then went back on his word. In an email, he indicates that after a “careful verification”, he had seen one of the three people. Thus validating his certificate, and it turns out that this player was the only one of the three to have played the match.
But the matter does not end there for the Combani club finally found guilty of having falsified two certificates, the FFF is now asking the Mahoraise Football League to take sanctions against the Combani club.
More precisely to look if the two players, with false certificates, played one or more matches in the Regional 1 championship.
If this were the case, the results of said matches could be invalidated and lost on the green carpet… And the final result of this Regional 1 championship, won by Combani, called into question.
Case (still) to be continued.
