Hautes-Alpes taxis worried about their future. It is medical transport that is in question with a reform project, for 2025, of the CNAM, the National Health Insurance Fund. Project which, according to the unions, would provide for a reduction in medical transport prices. This Friday evening, on the occasion of the General Assembly of SDAT 05, the Hautes-Alpes Taxis Union, they will call on the two deputies of the territory: Valérie Rossi and Marie-José Allemand so that they can “raise their concerns “. In the Hautes-Alpes, while there are 240 taxi licenses spread across 130 companies, discontent is growing in the profession.

Romain Butera, general secretary of the Hautes-Alpes taxi union and member of the Executive Committee of the National Taxi Union, fears for the survival of many companies. He also sees it as a reform that would penalize patients, particularly in rural areas:
