He did it. The rhythmic gymnastics club based in Saint-Molf and Guérande (Loire-Atlantique) purchased a floor used at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
A prize pool, donations, a loan
We remember that in October 2024, the club launched a prize pool (still active) to acquire this equipment, which sold for €10,000.
A significant sum for the sports structure which has 80 members, aged 4 to 25 years old. Thanks to the generosity of contributors, donations and a loan, the club was able to purchase this large carpet measuring 12 m by 12 m. It was received on November 13, 2024.
The Olympic mat in place
This is great progress for the club. Maybe in the future we can organize competitions.
Vice-champion of France in rhythmic gymnastics at the FF Gym, and champion of France at the Sports and Cultural Federation, Enola Annereau is at the origin of this acquisition. It was she who saw the offer and launched the mobilization.
The Olympic floor is now installed at the Saint-Molf gymnasium, the old carpet was installed at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste college gymnasium in Guérande.
