The HQ, nightclub in Besançon (Doubs) decided to challenge in court this Tuesday, November 19, the administrative closure for 30 days pronounced seven days earlier by the prefect of Doubs Rémi Bastille. This sanction followed the attack on a 26-year-old soldier in front of the establishment and complaints from local residents for several months. The young man attacked by three men died from his serious injuries five days later.
According to our information, the managers decided to challenge the prefect's decision before the administrative court, by forming a “referred suspension”, an emergency procedure which allows you to ask the administrative judge to suspend the execution of an administrative decision whose legality is contested.
