The elections to the chamber of trades and crafts of Mayotte, held this Wednesday, November 20, saw the list “Les Artisans de Mayotte”, led by Fahar Madi, win with 277 votes.

The list “Bringing together artisans to build Mayotte tomorrow” followed with 220 votes, while “Succeeding together” obtained 158 votes. Fahar Madi, who was the guest on the Zakweli show on November 14, positions himself as a key player in the revival of local crafts.
However, the new assembly will have to face a major challenge: a deficit of almost three million euros having led to the dissolution of the old assembly.
Fahar Madi, as business leader, is determined to find viable solutions to redress the financial situation of the chamber. “Once we are elected, we will find solutions to put the chamber of trades in order,” he concluded, emphasizing his commitment to crafts in Mayotte.
