Major police operation launched against Hells Angels supporters in Bécancour

The police carried out a major operation Wednesday evening against a Hells Angels school club in Centre-du-Québec..

Nearly 80 police officers from the regional mixed squad were mobilized to carry out searches in the premises of Satan’s Crew, in Bécancour, as part of an investigation against organized crime.

The police notably targeted a residence which was occupied by five members in good standing of the club to collect evidence including drugs, weapons and clothing bearing the image of the motorcycle club which has a dozen members.

A 47-year-old man from Wôlinak was arrested on site because he had a pistol in his possession.

The intervention began around 6:45 p.m. with the tactical intervention group and dog handlers who secured the scene.

Around fifty investigators were to remain on site to continue collecting information.

A residence, garages, outbuildings and vehicles were searched.

This phase of investigation follows other searches carried out in October and November in different regions of Quebec in which the group does business.

The ultimate goal of the ongoing investigation is to put an end to the activities of an active criminal network believed to be linked to the Hells Angels.

Satan’s Crew settled on Rang Prince in Bécancour in May 2024 and, since then, members of the Hells Angels of Trois-Rivières have reportedly been seen there.
