This is a major development in this matter. The International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has just declared the procedure between Morocco and Corral Morroco Holding “closed”.

The closing decision was made on June 18 by the arbitration tribunal, which has been examining the case since October 2018.
The ICSID was seized by Hussein Al Amoudi, director of Corral Morrocco Holding, a Swedish company and majority shareholder of Samir.
