Finally, the sun is here! Even if it should not last forever in the Loire region sky, this weather worthy of a real summer necessarily makes you want to take advantage of this rainy respite. And why not sit down at a table on the terrace of a guinguette?

In the metropolis of Orléans, there are sixteen of them, all listed in a guide published in a thousand copies and available at the tourist office on Place du Martroi.

It can also be requested from the small white chalet located on the Quai du Châtelet, below the Place de Loire.

The sixteen taverns of the metropolis:

  • Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Mesmin: The Port Arthur stopover
  • Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin: At the Loiret sparrow
  • Chécy: The Little Firefly
  • Combleux: The Lock
  • Saint-Jean-de-Braye: The Guinguette of the Parc des Longues Allées, the Estaminette
  • Saran: The Castle Guinguette

The opening hours, as well as all the practical information concerning these open-air establishments, can be found in the guide. On the back of this publication, there is a QR code allowing tourists to access a digital version in English.
