The Parc sociocultural center at 34, rue de la Tour Chabot, in Niort, will be open to all all summer with a dense and varied agenda for all ages.
Virginie Jousselin, neighborhood life mediator, indicates that the goal of the programming is “to reinforce times of escape and discovery that are both fun and educational while promoting living together”.
Shows, sports, games with free access
Summer Fridays will offer shows, concerts, open-air cinemas etc… and on Tuesdays, the summer Rue’ Bambelle will highlight sport, circus, games etc… all this with free access to the site Louis-Jouvet, from late afternoon until evening. Seven day outings (Royan, Sables d’Olonne etc…) will also be organized as well as two afternoons of family riding (outings upon registration at the center reception, prices according to age and family quotient ).
Waste site for young people
The youth center for 14-25 year olds will also be open this summer, a waste collection and sorting site in the neighborhood and solidarity actions can be carried out by young people. The leisure reception for 3-13 year olds is not left out with tree climbing outings, Zoodyssée, swimming pool sessions, sports activities, introductions to cycling (3-5 years) and chess (6-13 years).
