Expected at the beginning of August, the resumption date of the Chorale de Roanne has been confirmed. The team, now coached by Thomas Andrieux, will return to the Halle Vacheresse floor on August 5 from 9:30 a.m.
At the rate of six days of training per week during the first three weeks.
If the first should be mainly devoted to relaunching the roster, the Choir will begin its cycle of oppositions on August 15 in Andrézieux, but without an audience. The following week, a match will be played in Vacheresse against the Tunisian selection (August 20 at 7 p.m.) and against Vichy on August 24 (8 p.m.) in Pont-de-Chéruy (38).
A tournament in Drôme
These friendly matches will continue against JL Bourg on August 27 (8 p.m.) in Prissé (71), before heading to Saint-Paul-Trois-Chateaux (26) for a tournament against Fos-sur-Mer (August 31 in 6 p.m.) and Châlon-sur-Saône (September 1 at 4 p.m.). This busy preparation will end in Vacheresse against SCABB on September 6 at 7 p.m.
There is therefore still one month left for the Chorale board to finalize the squad which should allow it to play the leading roles in Pro B next season. After having registered four recruits, they hope to convince at least two more to join them.
With this busy schedule, the objective will naturally be to be ready as soon as the championship resumes scheduled for mid-September. Because to achieve their objectives, the Roannais will not be able to leave many matches on the way.
