In Brest, they steal various tools from a house under renovation

Five young people were arrested by the police in Brest (Finistère) for having broken the window of a house under renovation, with the intention of stealing various tools.

Five young people were arrested by the police in Brest (Finistère), Tuesday June 25, 2024, at 2 a.m. They broke the window of a house under renovation, rue Robespierre, in order to steal construction tools. Aged 16, 18 and 20, they were seen making several trips back and forth to the house. The police recovered all the tools.

Judgments on September 19 and October 3

While some admitted the facts, others denied them. They will have to answer for their actions on October 3, during a criminal order for adults. The minor, for his part, will appear before the children’s judge on September 19, for theft in a meeting preceded by damage.
