During the municipal council meeting of June 17, 2024, the mayor of Blainville-sur-Orne (Calvados), north of Caen, Lionel Marie, announced the sale by the municipality of the three lots from the health center, currently unoccupied. A proposal which was voted on unanimously.
Remember that three groups of health professionals are currently installed in this space, located behind the school canteen of the Colbert school, and dedicated to medical and paramedical activities: physiotherapists, general practitioners and specialists and nurses and podiatrists.
“Complete the medical offer”
In anticipation, Lionel Marie responded to the concerns of opposition elected officials. “Promises of sale will be drawn up under a suspensive clause. There is no question of allowing the purchase of this land for speculative purposes. Sales will be made only for the specific purpose of setting up a medical or paramedical activity.. It is complete the medical offer for the benefit of the population, in a developed space, suitable for PRMs, close to the Colbert shopping center and the pharmacy. »
After advice from the Estates department, the three lots of 418 m², 405 m² and 381 m² will be sold, respectively, for €75,240, €73,900 and €65,580 including tax and net seller. The sale will be entrusted to a real estate professional.
