The Canche, the Liane, the Hem, the Lys-amont and the Lawe-Clarence-amont are on yellow alert, on a scale of four levels: green, yellow, orange and red. Five of the six main rivers of Pas-de-Calais are thus marked. Only Aa remains green.
That is to say, there is a “rrisk of flooding generating overflows and localized damage or a rapid and dangerous rise in water levels, requiring particular vigilance, particularly in the case of exposed and/or seasonal activities“, according to the Vigicrues website.
If, in Picardy and in the North, the other watercourses are green, on the other hand, the Somme department is on yellow “rain – flood” vigilance.
