The Biscuit Bakery boutique opened its doors this Thursday, June 6 at 10 a.m. With its pink and blue front, the cookies were robbed by customers.

A true “serial entrepreneur”, Vanessa Crouzil and her husband Julien, opened their cookie shop located on rue des Tourneurs, in the heart of the Pink City, on Thursday June 6. This is not his first store in Toulouse. A self-employed trader for around fifteen years, Vanessa has taken on a new challenge: opening a biscuit factory. “I sold jewelry, food supplements,” she begins before adding that the biscuit factory “is a discovery.”

Julien, her husband, has “done a bit of everything” in life. From masonry to graphics, he was the one who took care of the graphic charter of Biscuit Bakery. The Matcha Lover, the NYC with milk chocolate and hazelnuts as well as the Choco Tonka are particularly appreciated by customers. They are part of some 28 à la carte recipes, around ten of which were added to the menu when their store opened.

Between the time the couple got the keys to the premises and the opening of Biscuit Bakery, “it wasn’t even two months.” To create the menu, they teamed up with the communications agency Spatule Food Content, founded by chef Fabrice Mignot. With a clearly defined objective for the two entrepreneurs: that of showcasing local products.

The next step, put on sale the famous croookies, a mix of croissant and brownie.
