The case already postponed twice
The case had been referred twice by the Lons-le-Saunier judicial court. This Friday, November 15, the defendant admitted the violence, even if his lawyer considered that the ITT granted to his victim had been “somewhat overvalued”.
The public prosecutor requested a six-month prison sentence with a reinforced probationary suspension, an obligation of care and a ban on contact with his victim. The latter, for fear of reprisals, preferred to leave Saint-Claude and settle in another department. The judgment was reserved.
