Young Farmers and the FDSEA are mobilizing this Monday evening in Moselle. Fires of anger will be lit on around fifteen sites in the department.
Like a sense of déjà vu! A little less than a year after their last large-scale mobilizations, Moselle farmers are once again joining the national call for new actions, starting this Monday, November 18. An anger which has recently amplified against the backdrop of free trade negotiations with South America (Mercosur). The opportunity to also denounce the lack of implementation of the government's promises, kept last winter, despite regular announcements on financial support for farms.
This is why, from this Monday evening at 7:45 p.m., the JA and the FDSEA will light campfires on around fifteen roundabouts or motorway entrances, such as the A4 near Farébersviller.
Blockage points everywhere in Moselle
It is above all a communication action to mark the occasion and to be heard by the State. Around fifteen roundabouts and motorway exits will be taken over by the JA and the FDSEA this Monday evening, without blocking motorists. Fires of anger will therefore be kindled:
- Towards Sierck-les-BainsApach exit towards the border
- On exit no. 35 of the A31 towards Maizières-lès-Metz
- At the bottom of the Saint-Michel hill Thionville-Westexit n°43 of the A31
- At the Mittelbronn roundabout and that of Terrasses de la Sarre at Sarrebourg
- At the roundabout near the Castorama at Augny
More complete report to be found on Tuesday evening, as close as possible to farmers.
