Its “historic” bakery, located in the city center (1, rue du Général-de-Gaulle), opposite the Square de la Libération, won its duel on the M6 ​​show La Meilleure Boulangerie de France, broadcast Wednesday June 12.

The Herblaysian business will represent the great Parisian crown in the national final which will be broadcast soon. Mum’s won by making an oyster tartlet. “We also got a rating of 10/10, from Bruno Cormerais (host of the show, Meilleur Ouvrier de France) for a savory Viennese sandwich,” says Cyrille Robert with pride.

Which constituted double news for this downtown bakery and pastry shop (2, rue du Lieutenant-Keizer), taken over in 2023 by Anthony Ragaine and his wife Laurine. Anthony Ragaine indeed won a prize for his buttery croissant sound.

Another bakery from Herblay-sur-Seine, Goût Morning, was also in the running last week on the M6 ​​show.
