Sunday, the company Fées et Gestes offers a somewhat special taste reading, around a text by Jean-Paul Alègre, “La ballade des planches”, on the world of theater and behind the scenes, or how a director on stage faces all the problems of the profession to put on an impossible show. From the nervous breakdown of the director, to the whims of the actors, from the strike of exhausted technicians to the worries of the producer, the public will experience moments of total madness with the performers of Fées et Gestes, where the miracle happens: nothing doesn't happen but everything happens.
This show was to be performed at the Espace François-Mitterrand, but fate decided otherwise. Thomas Laurent, who should have been on stage with his companions, left us a few weeks ago. The entire company no longer had the heart to play without him, but mobilized to pay him this theatrical tribute. Rehearsal comrades, technicians, directors, teachers and friends, they will all be there to dedicate this “Walk of the Stages” to him, while the curtain will sadly fall.
Sunday November 24, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the company's premises, 18 rue du Barry, in Tarascon. Full price: €10, member price: €5 (you can join on site), and snacks are free. Reservation on 06 24 20 67 39 or by email: [email protected]
