Bressuire will at least have the merit of having been the first to create chances. On a ball given with the tip of his foot, from behind, by Galcot Youlou, Pecoraro tried for the first time (2e). A failed attempt, but which gave a good image of Deux-Sévriens. Still with Pecararo, Bressuire showed his lack of efficiency (21e et 43e). On these two shots, the attacker was perfectly placed, and left the Bressuire public incomprehension, who were already seeing the ball at the bottom in euphoria.
Diaby without shaking
Apart from Pecoraro's attempts, the Bressuirais did not offer much. Bordeaux, however, only had to take advantage of a foul at number 10e minute to take the advantage and delight the good fifty ultras present despite the travel ban. After a somewhat gentle recovery from Maxence Serra from his goals, Adrien Louveau recovered the ball to serve N'Famady Diaby (1-0, 10e). Serra avoided seeing the score evolve at the end of the period, effective in the face of a hazardous situation from Bordeaux who were on the verge of entering (38e).
After the break, the Bressuirais no longer came back inspired. Safouane Karim was still difficult to contain on the right. The latter recovered the ball on another poor throw from Serra, who stopped the winger's shot at the last moment (56e). FC Bressuire had scheduled its wake-up call for the hour mark, with finally more attacking movements. Nan Soueilem missed her shot right in front of the goals, enough to make Samir Bakir jump on his bench (66e). The coach's reaction was the same when Louison Billeau barely missed his opportunity (69e). The Bressuirais at least tried their chances.
