Attention all sweet tooths and lovers of bons plans – December 2024 marks a triple dose of indulgence with the opening of three new addresses Caponin Paris and Hauts-de-Seine: Belleville, Levallois-Perret and Boulogne-Billancourt. A tour de force for this exceptional chocolate house, founded in 1985 by Patrice Chapon, master chocolatier and pioneer of the bean-to-bar concept (“from the bean to the bar”, a place where the craftsman takes care of all the stages of manufacturing a tablet) In France.
