Sixth. On the world creativity podium, France is in sixth position. It lost two places compared to the previous two years. With 169 shortlisted works (out of 1,267 registrations), ahead of us on the podium we find Germany, Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom and very far ahead of the United States. Friday June 21 in the evening, one of the exceptional distinctions went to Publicis Conseil, which closes this 71st edition with the title Agency of the year with two Grand Prix, 4 Gold, 6 Silver and 5 Bronze. The second exceptional distinction goes to the Marcel agency which wins the coveted Grand Prize in the Film category (1,887 registered jobs) with Women’s Football for Orange. Pascal Nessim, co-president of the agency, told us to imagine “the debates that must have taken place to reward a film like this. I see this as a sign of this category opening up to less traditional film formats and it’s fabulous.
