The Chamber of Agriculture offers a accompaniement adapted to all the projects of future transferors and candidates for installation, through a support program facilitating the creation/takeover of agricultural businesses and the transmission. Its Installation and Transmission Reception Point, a reception, orientation and advice system, is the gateway.

Consult below the program of meetings organized by the Transmission Installation service of the Creuse Chamber of Agriculture as part of the transmission fortnight.

Transferor offices

Because transmission rhymes with anticipation, it is in the 10 years preceding the cessation that we must start to find out.

As a result, the Chamber of Agriculture, in partnership with the MSA of Limousin, decided to organize the “Transmission meeting» .

The objective of these personalized meetings is to offer a wide range of information, in the same place, to all operating managers who plan to cease their activity in the more or less long term.

Whatever questions operators ask themselves: number of quarters? Termination date? Legal and tax aspects? Find a buyer? To be accompanied? Family setting? Outside of the family? Help?… Advisors from the Chamber of Agriculture, the MSA, Juri Agri Conseil, the Order of Agricultural Experts, SAFER and the Répertoire Départ Installation are all present to answer their questions.

Upon registration, each future transferor chooses which structures they wish to meet individually and in complete confidentiality. After registration, individual appointments will be offered.

These initial information gatherings can then lead to personalized meetings on the farm.

Training on the transfer of operations

The Chamber of Agriculture is soon organizing training on the transfer of the farm. Located a little outside the dates of the transmission fortnight for logistical reasons, it will take place on December 2, 10 and 17 in Chambon-sur-Voueize.

It is aimed at operators concerned in the years to come by the transfer of their exploitation.

Programme :

1is day (December 2):

– Intervention of the MSA. Retirement when, how? and where am I? How many terms do I have? Could I continue to work while receiving my pension?

– Presentation of the SAFER and the Installation Departure Directory: how do these two tools work? What costs? And what is the support offered by the Chamber of Agriculture?

2e day (December 10):

– Legal and tax aspects during cessation: how to anticipate them, optimize them?, Rental, sale, donation, what can I do?

3e day (December 17):

– How do I complete my retirement? What placement?

– Applications for authorization to operate

– The CAP on cessation: transfer of DPB, what can I do?

– The buyer's steps to settle in and benefit from installation aid

– The sponsorship course

If you know someone, a relative, a neighbor… who might be concerned by this subject, don't hesitate to talk to them about it!
