It opened Friday morning, with the visit of Minister Nathalie Delattre, and it continues until Saturday evening. For those who like to discover wine, find a vintage, compare whites and reds from one appellation to another, from one territory to another, this is the ideal destination.
The wines of Chablis, the wines of Auxerrois, the Crémants of Châtillonais, the wines of the Côte de Nuits, those of the Côte de Beaune, the Côte Chalonnaise, the Mâconnais… There is something for everyone.
The Pinot Noir, Chardonnais and Aligoté grape varieties make the taste buds sing and delight them… And even the Gamay grape variety, since the Beaujolais have their stand in the Palais des Congrès. This is indeed the kingdom of pleasure tastings. Because yes, tasting wine is a pleasure.
