The charming Christmas market at the Norwegian church in Vésinet returns on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November 2024. The opportunity to discover Norwegian culinary specialties, but also to do your shopping for the New Year's Eve table.
To find good products to present to your guests for these end of year celebrations 2024direction Le Vésinetin Yvelines, and its Norwegian Christmas Market which is once again held at thenorwegian church ! THE Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November 2024from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., you will discover – in a charming little garden decorated in Christmas colors – a small house which hosts the market throughout the weekend. Proud of their culture and traditionsthe Norwegian volunteers who run this market can't wait to introduce them to you!
On the stands, you will find traditional handmade Christmas decorationswinter objects and clothing from major Norwegian brands without forgetting a host of tasty food products: smoked/marinated Norwegian salmon, marinated herring, Norwegian cheese, large selection of culinary specialties, chocolates, traditional cakes and biscuits from Noël.
We go there of course to do our shopping, but also to lunch on site and taste lots of good things!
On the menu, you will find salmon sandwiches or even moose burgersprepared on the barbecue in the garden. For dessert or for a snack, go for one of the pastries homemade, or a hot waffle made on site to accompany a glass of mulled wine (typical mulled wine!).
