At the end of the afternoon of November 14, François Breil and Gérald Capel, respectively president of the Lot Chamber of Trades and Crafts and Departmental Director of France Travail, presented “France Travail Pro”, a new joint system in favor of employment. In the preamble, François Breil wanted to recall the economic weight of artisanal fabric in the Lot: “Crafts are the main employer in the department, but our sector is faced with the persistent difficulty of a good number of entrepreneurs in hiring employees. , particularly in view of the labor shortage. » (the unemployment rate in the Lot is 7.2%). “Launched on October 24 as part of the “Full Employment” strategy supported by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, “France Travail Pro (FTP) is a service which should make it possible to better support companies at all stages of their recruitments” explained Gérald Capel. “The objective of FTP consists on the one hand of strengthening the network of business advisors to allow VSEs and SMEs to interact with FT as with a real “HR partner”, in order to quickly and sustainably recruit job seekers. . FT and CMA 46 wish to strengthen their cooperation for more personalization of relations with VSE/SME companies in the Lot. The “France Travail Pro” brand should meet this objective, thanks to the implementation of actions planned for 2025: the meeting of the CMA and FT teams every 2 months to implement actions such as “Job Dating”, courses training (…); the study of skills modules and basic gestures at the CFA for job seekers; the joint development of training for companies on the theme “how to build employee loyalty”; develop the Craft Ambassadors network for the benefit of job seekers; awareness-raising actions on the return to salaried employment of micro-entrepreneurs without sufficient income or RSA beneficiaries…”. Following this presentation, elected officials and agents of the Consular Chamber and France Travail received and discussed with several business managers on the subject.
