Le Puy: two men in police custody for violence
The police investigation opened into aggravated violence in a meeting committed against a young man in his twenties, after his attack in Le Puy, one night in early November, made it possible to identify two men who were summoned to the police station and then placed in police custody yesterday morning. The victim was hit in the head with a can of nitrous oxide and left unconscious in the Val-Vert district. The two suspects were released yesterday evening. Investigators are awaiting the certificate from the judicial medical institute which must quantify the physical and psychological damage to the victim.
Le Pertuis: the car swerves and hits two vehicles
An accident involving three vehicles, including a heavy goods vehicle, occurred yesterday around 3 p.m. on the RN 88, between Saint-Hostien and Le Pertuis. According to initial findings, a vehicle which was traveling in the uphill direction veered into the left lane for no reason. He first hit a truck traveling in the opposite direction, before bouncing off and crashing into the car behind him. The gendarmerie regulated traffic on one lane during the emergency intervention. Around fifteen firefighters attended the scene. Six people were involved in the chain collision. Three of them were categorized as relative emergency and transported to hospital: a woman and a 68-year-old man were taken to Le Puy, and a 76-year-old man to Firminy.
Salzuit: the tractor trailer tips into the ditch
Traffic was reduced on a single lane of the RN 102 on Wednesday at 4:45 p.m., near Salzuit. A 19-year-old young woman who was driving a tractor wanted to pull over to the side of the road to allow the cars behind her to overtake her. During the maneuver, his trailer tipped into the ditch. It was necessary to cut off traffic on one lane to allow for repairs.
Couteuges: the motorist feels unwell while driving
A Citroën C3 Pluriel ended up in the ditch on the edge of the RN 102 in Couteuges on Wednesday around 9:50 a.m. The motorist, aged 52, reportedly explained to the gendarmes that he had felt unwell while driving. He was not injured, but firefighters took him to Brioude hospital.

Monistrol-sur-Loire: the scooter rider falls after overtaking
A 15-year-old girl lost control of her scooter on Wednesday around 4:15 p.m. She was traveling on the RD 47 and found herself unbalanced after being overtaken by a vehicle. Around ten firefighters and a doctor went to the scene to provide first aid. The young girl complained of significant pain in one leg and pelvis. She was transported to the North Hospital Center.
