The development of the town of Athis-de-l’Orne (Orne) was mentioned during the last municipal council. The reason: the co-project management agreement with Flers Agglo for the resumption of rainwater and wastewater networks on the square.

Three abstentions

“An additional network was created in emergencybecause the wastewater went into rainwater,” explains Alain Lange.

The forecast cost of this work amounts to €69,738 including tax for the recovery of rainwater networks and €14,676 including tax for wastewater. Flers Agglo will reimburse the municipality for the work carried out on its behalf and the latter will reimburse Flers Agglo for the subsidies received.

The question was validated, despite three absences from the minority: “It's great to re-establish this problem, but as it is linked to the square project and we are opposed to it, we abstain. »

A increase of 8.7% of the cost of works for roads and various networks has been validated. “It corresponds to the additional sanitation work carried out,” explains Alain Lange. “The sanitation part will be reimbursed by Flers Agglo”.

The initial global market of April 5, 2024 presented a sum of €1,034,220.27 including tax, against 1 124 370,28 € TTC From now on. Three absences should be noted.
