Unveiled last October in Los Angeles, Tesla's Cybercab robotaxi will be exhibited in Europe as part of a tour which will begin November 22, with a stop in France.
What if the future of the taxi was autonomous? It is on this bet that Tesla seems to be betting with its Cybercab. In the wake of its Cybertruck, which attracted many curious people around the world, the American manufacturer's robotaxi will be visible on the European continent in the coming weeks, less than 2 months after being revealed in Los Angeles.
Starting on November 20 in London, the tour will highlight Tesla's autonomous vehicle in several major European cities: Berin, Stockholm, Oslo, as well as Paris. The French capital will welcome the vehicle in the Tesla showroom, located in the 8th arrondissement, from November 23 to December 8.
A vehicle without pedals or steering wheel
To discover the robotaxi of Elon Musk's company, visitors and curious people will have to register on the Tesla website in order to discover the Cybercab more closely.
Announced for entry into service in 2027, the vehicle can be called by customers from the Tesla application.
Equipped with two seats and equipped with Autopilot functionality, this autonomous vehicle has the particularity of not having a steering wheel or pedals allowing you to maintain control if necessary, which is contrary to European regulations in force for the moment. The fact remains that it foreshadows 100% autonomous projects which are tested by manufacturers, on closed roads.
